House Speaker John A. Boehner threw his weight on Wednesday behind the Senate deal to reopen the government and avert a default. He pledged to continue fighting President Obama’s health care law, but in a different manner. "That fight will continue. But blocking the bipartisan agreement reached today by the members of the Senate will not be a tactic for us.
