The Colorado Sun is a digital news site launched in 2018 focusing on Denver, Colorado sand statewide affairs. According to its About page, the Sun "strives to cover all of Colorado so that our state — our community — can better understand itself."

Two men from El Paso County were arrested on felony charges related to the Jan. 6 riots after federal authorities say they obstructed Congress’ proceeding to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election.
