
Wearing a blue pin-striped suit, golden necktie and two-toned Oxford shoes, William Voiles waited for his chance to see a judge on Monday morning in Municipal and Traffic Court. He was charged with owning a wild animal—an opossum to be specific—without the proper permit. If found guilty, Voiles could be slapped with a fine of $275.
