A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Monday at 1:56 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 2:30 p.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. The storms are expected to bring pea-sized hail (0.25 inches). "At 1:56 p.m., Doppler radar tracked a strong thunderstorm near Pendleton, moving northeast at 20 mph," states the weather service.
