
On Wednesday at 1:07 a.m. an updated tornado warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 1:30 a.m. for Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties. "At 1:07 a.m., a confirmed tornado was located near Wellsville, moving east at 45 mph," states the weather service. "Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter.
