ACLU lawsuit against Trump’s family separation practice settled in Boston federal court

A federal lawsuit challenging the first Trump administration’s married couple and family separation practice on behalf of New England-based immigrants and their spouses has been settled, the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts said.
