As Mitt Romney decried the presidents regulatory agenda as a job-killer, residents of this rural coal mining town were feeling a little more optimistic than the candidates rhetoric.
Mr. Romney criticized President Barack Obama‘s health care law, the Dodd-Frank regulatory overhaul and  in a town where the local economy depends heavily on the coal industry  the presidents energy policies.
“Hes going after energy, Mr. Romney said. “Hes made it harder to get coal out of the ground, hes made it harder to get natural gas out of the ground, hes made it harder to get oil out of the ground.
