Mitt Romney predicted victory in Wisconsin Monday as Republicans look to expand the playing field for President Barack Obama by building off of their recent victories in the state.
“Were going to win Wisconsin, and were going to get the White House, Mr. Romney told the crowd at a textile mill in this Wisconsin town.
The likely Republican presidential nominee made his first campaign stop in Wisconsin on Monday since locking up the nomination with a win here in the primary earlier this year and, perhaps more importantly, since voters in the state rejected a recall push against Gov. Scott Walker.
