
Maricopa County health inspectors cited three restaurants for 17 health violations during the week April 19. The violations ranged from moldy hot dog buns to a bartender cutting lemons with bare hands. A priority violation is a major violation that directly contributes to an increased risk of foodborne illness or injury.
