
A former executive of an Essex County pharmaceutical company was accused of participating in a $38 million insider trading scheme, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey announced Monday. An indictment unsealed Monday charges Dale Chappell, 54, a former United States citizen and current resident of Switzerland, with five counts of securities fraud, according to a release from the office.
