As the newly opened T. Rowe Price headquarters bring 2,000 local employees to Harbor Point, the development firm behind the building has announced the opening of a new waterfront park next to it. Shore Bancshares has appointed Charles Cullum as the bank holding company's new executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 21.

The Easton, Md., company on Thursday said Cullum was previously chief financial officer of Sandy Spring Bancorp, which was recently acquired by Atlantic Union Bankshares.
