Bartlett, N.H. woman, 92, dies from injuries suffered in house fire, officials say
An elderly woman has died from thermal injuries suffered in a fire last week at her home in Bartlett, N.H., the New Hampshire fire marshal’s office said Monday.
Karin Muller, 92, had been hospitalized at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, since March 9, the day a fire struck her home located at 102 Oak Ridge Road, officials said in a statement.
The Maine Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the manner of her death was accidental, the statement said.

NH House approves bill limiting Medicaid-funded circumcisions by one vote
A new proposal to ensure New Hampshire’s Medicaid program doesn’t pay for circumcisions unless medically necessary was approved in the state House of Representatives by a single vote Thursday. If enacted, House Bill 94, or the “Children’s Body Autonomy Act,” would prohibit New Hampshire’s Medicaid program from covering circumcision unless medically necessary. Conditions that would make circumcision medically necessary under the bill include recurrent urinary tract infections, a neurogenic bladder, and spina bifida.
