Mark Gordon approved a law requiring that such facilities be licensed as surgical centers. HUNTSVILLE, Weber County — The Utah Avalanche Center in a new report said the avalanche danger was "considerable" on the day a snowmobiler from Wyoming was killed in an avalanche in Weber County earlier this month. A 37-year-old man was killed in an avalanche in the Utah backcountry while snowmobiling Monday, authorities said.
