New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr and center Erik McCoy both addressed the heated back-and-forth that the two players had during the 28-6 victory over the Carolina Panthers Sunday.
During post-game interviews, McCoy said that he simply lost his cool in a frustrating moment.
“A public disagreement deserves a public apology," McCoy said. "So we talked about it already, person to person. Out loud, I want to say, ‘Derek Carr, I am sorry. I let my emotions get the best of me.’”
