After a warm Friday that featured high temperatures in the 70s and 80s, this weekend will be much cooler with showers and even a couple of thunderstorms. A cold front will move into North Texas overnight helping to generate some thunderstorms after midnight. While storms will be spotty to scattered in coverage, there is the possibility for a couple of strong to severe storms with quarter size hail or larger possible. A repeat of the type of severe weather that occurred Tuesday morning is not expected. Saturday will be MUCH...

After we had the return of snowfall for the middle of the week, we will wrap up the first week of March on a much milder note. Winds will still be a bit breezy at times, at 10-20 mph out of the west, but high temperatures slide up into the upper 30s for most of the region. Friday will be rather similar, but with winds calming down a little, and more sun shining through for the early afternoon. Then as we head into the weekend, cloudier skies will return, but...

Tonight: Skies will be clear and the winds will slowly die down. Lows will be in the 40s. Winds will be NW at 10-20 mph. Thursday: Skies will again be sunny and it will be less windy w/highs in the mid to upper 60s. Winds will be NW at 10-15 mph. Friday: Clouds will be on the increase,...

After a chilly start, Wednesday will feature breezy and sunny conditions with highs ranging from the upper-50s to the lower 60s. The wind will continue to be strong through midday with gusts to 30 mph from the northwest. Thanks to a southeasterly wind tomorrow, it will be milder with highs in the upper 60s Thursday. Even warmer weather can be expected Friday with a high near 80. Friday’s warmth will be short-lived though. Another storm system, via the West Coast, will push cooler air into North Texas Saturday and bring...
