The National Weather Service Tulsa survey team found high-end EF1 tornado damage in Owasso with estimated winds around 100-110 mph. Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency (TAEMA) finished its initial damage assessment in the northern part of the county Wednesday morning and estimated that around 287 homes or businesses were damaged by the storm.
