Damian Williams, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and James Smith, the Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the FBI, announced on Thursday the unsealing of a complaint charging Eddie Manuel Nunez Santos, a/k/a "Lucas," with making hoax bomb threats to more than 150 school districts, synagogues, airports, hospitals and a shopping mall between September 15 and September 21.
