In the 2020 and 2022 elections, experts believe Google tailored its algorithms to help Democrats win races across the country. Foremost among them is former “Psychology Today” editor-in-chief Robert Epstein. Speaking with The Western Journal in 2022, Epstein revealed his research team had discovered “substantial bias” in Google algorithms that he believes shifted as many as 80 million votes in the midterm elections. Then, in late July, users began discovering biased algorithms in Google search results related to the 2024 election. It seems the tech giant is once again using...

Former President Donald Trump is crushing Nikki Haley by a more than 2-to-1 margin in new internal poll of the next major Republican primary state of South Carolina.

Trump leads his sole remaining primary rival by 66%-31% in her home state, according to the poll that was bankrolled by a pro-Trump political action committee and first reported by The Messenger.

Democrats are looking to repeat what abortion politics did for them in the 2022 midterms by appealing to a large swath of voters who think overturning Roe v. Wade went too far.

President Biden’s party achieved better-than-expected results in the midterms in large part because voters came out to elect Democrats to restore federal reproductive rights. They hope it’s still an issue that’s top of mind for voters.

A Florida judge on Saturday ruled that a congressional map put forward by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) was unconstitutional and ordered the state legislature to redraw the boundaries.

Circuit Judge J. Lee Marsh found that the redrawn districts authorized by DeSantis in northern Florida violated the state constitution’s Fair Districts Amendments by “dismantling a congressional district that enabled Black voters to elect their candidates of choice under the previous plan.”

The Florida redistricting plan that Gov. Ron DeSantis supports is unconstitutional and cannot be used, a state judge ruled Saturday.

Circuit Judge J. Lee Marsh ruled that the redistricting plan diminishes the ability fo Black voters to elect their chosen candidates, particularly in the state's northern region. Marsh's order mandates that the state government begin producing a new map for congressional elections, though DeSantis' administration is likely to appeal the decision.

A Florida redistricting plan pushed by Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis violates the state constitution and is prohibited from being used for any future U.S. congressional elections since it diminishes the ability of Black voters in north Florida to pick a representative of their choice, a state judge ruled Saturday.

Circuit Judge J. Lee Marsh sent the plan back to the Florida Legislature with instructions that lawmakers should draw a new congressional map that complies with the Florida Constitution.

Throughout the summer, opponents of Issue 1 insisted that Ohioans of all stripes wouldn't buy what supporters were selling. It turns out they were right. While Democrats largely drove Issue 1's defeat on Tuesday, Republican strongholds across the state failed to garner enough enthusiasm for the "yes" side. A USA TODAY Network Ohio analysis of unofficial results found support for Issue 1 in all but one county in the state lagged behind support for former President Donald Trump in 2020 and U.S. Sen. J.D. Vance in 2022. In some cases,...

Prosecutors appear to be eyeing one unexpected charge as the Justice Department winds down its investigation into former President Trump’s effort to stay in power after the 2020 election.

Trump announced Tuesday he had received a target letter Sunday informing him he is the subject of the probe, a move often followed by the filing of charges.

Reporting indicates that among the three statutes cited in the target letter are those for conspiracy to defraud the United States as well as obstruction of an official proceeding.
