A remarkable court filing reveals behind-the-scenes negotiations with Twitter.

Last summer, 855 days into California’s grueling Covid-19 state of emergency and just weeks shy of the first day of school, Los Angeles County director of public health Barbara Ferrer warned locals that she would impose a countywide mask mandate, beginning July 29.

“With the continued increase in cases, and now as you’re seeing the corresponding increase in hospitalizations . . . we’re really worried,” she told reporters on July 7, 2022.

Former Adam Schiff staffer and protégé Dan Goldman, who now serves as a U.S. Congressman from New York, inadvertantly exposed a repeated lie told by President Joe Biden about his knowledge or involvement with Hunter Biden's foreign and shady business dealings. "That is true, Hunter Biden does try and do business," Goldman said during a House Oversight Committee hearing Wednesday. Goldman's statement came in reaction to testimony from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who said Hunter Biden discussed efforts to get into business with his father. President Joe Biden has long...

FBI Director Christopher Wray insisted Wednesday that the bureau is "absolutely not" protecting the Biden family, amid allegations that the Hunter Biden probe was influenced by politics.

But Wray also refused to answer questions from House Judiciary Committee lawmakers on whether President Biden is under federal investigation for an alleged criminal bribery scheme.

Wray told the committee about the good work of the FBI, denied any alleged politicization within the bureau, and blasted claims that he is biased against conservatives as "somewhat insane."

FBI Director Christopher Wray on Wednesday navigated hours of questions about the credibility of the bureau, as House Judiciary Committee Republicans increasingly seek to pin the agency as politically biased.

Wray, a Trump appointee, was at times aided by Democrats who sought to defend the bureau’s actions by highlighting wrongdoing by Trump or his associates.

FBI Director Chris Wray on Wednesday said GOP accusations that he used his power to oppress conservatives are â€œinsane.”

After Republicans complained for several hours during a House Judiciary Committee hearing that the FBI had been “weaponized” against GOPers, Wray offered a reality check.

“The idea that I am biased against conservatives seems somewhat insane to me, given my own personal background,” he said in response to a question from Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-Wyo.).

Remember the Steele dossier? Congressional Republicans certainly do.

On Wednesday, House GOP members voted to formally censure Rep. Adam Schiff, one of Donald Trump’s most vocal Democratic critics in Congress, for spreading “false accusations” that the former president colluded with Russia to beat Hillary Clinton in 2016. Among his official list of sins: Hyping the lurid document written by a former British spy that made since-discredited claims about Trump’s ties to Moscow.

Disgraced Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) preached his sermon to the choir during a surprise appearance on Thursday’s edition of “The View” where he was showered with love by the co-hosts on the day after he was formally censured in the House of Representatives. The popular ABC daytime talk show might as well have been a meeting of the Adam Schiff fan club as the chief congressional Russiagate hoaxster struck a defiant tone during his remote appearance, gloating and attacking Republicans, much to the delight of the leftist harpies sitting...

After failing to wrangle the votes last week, House Republicans mustered the majority needed to censure Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Wednesday. That move is among the latest Republican attacks against prominent Democrats — including members of the Biden administration and Congress — and it’s one that’s aimed at energizing the GOP base ahead of the 2024 election.
