• The Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board and the Ohio State Highway Patrol continue to investigate an emergency landing April 16 in Reynoldsburg by a small plane. • While the Ohio State Highway Patrol doesn't plan to cite the pilot, the FAA may issue sanctions depending on their investigation's findings. The pilot of a small plane that ran out of gas on April 16 and landed in an empty farm field in Reynoldsburg could possibly face citations depending on the findings of ongoing investigations. The aircraft —...

The latest Blue Origin space mission sparked a wave of conspiracy theories on X this past week. However, one verifiable fact stands out: the all-female crew—some of whom are part of the Hollywood leftist cult—were technically not "astronauts." "We just completed our 11th human spaceflight and the 31st flight of the New Shepard program. The astronaut crew included Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyễn, Gayle King, Katy Perry, Kerianne Flynn, and Lauren Sánchez," Blue Origin wrote on X earlier last week. Late Friday night, U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy addressed and dismissed...

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating after the crew of a National Guard Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter reported being "illuminated" by a green laser about two miles from Hector International Airport in North Dakota. FAA officials said the incident happened at about 9 p.m. local time on Thursday. No injuries were reported, according to the agency. The Army confirmed to Fox News Digital the aircraft was being operated by the National Guard. The incident comes just more than a week after a tour helicopter crashed into the Hudson...

This afternoon, I filed a motion for the Boeing 737 MAX crashes victims' families whom I represent in the criminal case against Boeing. As readers of the blog will recall from my earlier posts (e.g., here, here, and here), Boeing previously agreed to plead guilty to the charge of conspiring to defraud the FAA in connection with the safety of its 737 MAX aircraft. Boeing's criminal conspiracy caused two plane crashes, killing 346 passengers and crew in what the federal district court judge handling the case (O'Connor, J.) has described...

The shocking incident happened when the right engine of the plane caught fire on a United flight departing Denver International Airport on April 13. The rabbit reportedly made its way onto the runaway as the plane was heading to Edmonton, Alberta. According to LiveATC audio recordings, the flight crew requested for the Boeing 737-800, which was transporting 153 passengers and six crew members, to be inspected for an engine fire. They were told a rabbit got sucked into one of its engines, ABC News reports. The moment was captured in...

A Southwest Airlines flight had to be evacuated on Thursday after an engine fire forced it to return to a Houston airport. The flight was leaving Hobby Airport on its way to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, when it was forced to return around 11:15 a.m. due to the fire, according to the Houston Fire Department. When the plane landed, firefighters extinguished the blaze as well as a small grass fire near the runway, the fire department said in a statement. No injuries were reported. The flight crew helped the 134...
