In his last HBO Real Time before a short hiatus, Bill Maher had the unenviable task of trying to find laughs in the situation in Ukraine. Amazingly, he was able to pull it off within the boundaries of good taste, all while allowing his guests to run with the notion that more must be done in defense of the embattled country.

Real Time host Bill Maher slammed 'woke liberals' for complaining about America by teaching Americans what 'real oppression' looks like on his show on Friday night. 

Maher slammed Americans for constantly complaining about how America is 'so oppressed, sexist, and homophobic' by highlighting what his viewers should learn from Afghanistan.    

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, a surging Democratic White House hopeful, mistakenly said she’s just as tall as the towering Thomas Jefferson in a botched history reference on “The Real Time with Bill Maher.”

Klobuchar is 5 feet 4 inches tall. Jefferson was among the tallest U.S. presidents standing at 6 feet 2 inches.

The rising star Democratic presidential candidate joked about her height during a discussion about President Trump’s sophomoric effort to belittle Michael Bloomberg as too short.

Bloomberg is 5-foot-7, but Trump derisively refers to him as “Mini Mike” and claimed the other day that the billionaire ex-mayor is “a 5’4” mass of dead energy.”

“I am the only one that is truly 5 foot 4,” Klobuchar told Bill Maher in an interview that aired Friday night.

During his Friday night show, HBO Host Bill Maher slammed the Democratic National Committee's decision to bar Fox News from hosting a 2020 presidential debate. According to DNC Chairman Tom Perez, the decision was made because Fox "is not in a position to host a fair and neutral debate for our candidates."

According to Maher, the DNC made a horrible decision.
