Former Trump-campaign manager Brad Parscale is advising Caitlyn Jenner on her potential run for California governor, multiple outlets reported on Wednesday.

Parscale is advising Jenner as a “friend” and is not receiving payment for the guidance, a source told CNN. Parscale is reportedly helping Jenner to fill important campaign positions, in case she decides to move ahead with the run.

Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale was hospitalized Sunday night after reportedly barricading himself in his home and threatening to commit suicide, according to Florida media.

Parscale, who was replaced as President Donald Trump’s campaign manager in July, refused to communicate with police after barricading himself inside his Fort Lauderdale home on Sunday evening, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel. Police responded to Parscale’s home after his wife called the police to report him being armed and threatening suicide.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump shook up his campaign staff Wednesday amid sinking poll numbers less than four months before the election, replacing campaign manager Brad Parscale with veteran GOP operative Bill Stepien.

“I am pleased to announce that Bill Stepien has been promoted to the role of Trump Campaign Manager,” Trump said on Facebook. “Brad Parscale, who has been with me for a very long time and has led our tremendous digital and data strategies, will remain in that role, while being a Senior Advisor to the campaign.”

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday he was replacing campaign manager Brad Parscale. Parscale had been Trump's campaign manager since February 2018. Replacing Parscale is former deputy campaign director Bill Stepien. Parscale is expected to remain with Trump's campaign in charge of digital and online strategies.

Parscale's replacement comes as recent polls show Trump trailing presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Data released Wednesday from a Quinnipiac University poll showed Biden ahead of Trump by 15 percentage points.
