On CBS Evening News on Monday, anchor Norah O’Donnell and senior White House correspondent Ed O’Keefe reported on the rolling dumpster fire that was President Joe Biden’s interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes on Sunday evening. As part of the report, O’Keefe noted how many of Biden’s statements needed to be corrected or clarified by his handlers afterward.

The left-leaning media is sounding the alarm on the new COVID-19 variant labeled BA.5, asserting that it’s a "big deal" and calling for people to mask up and get boosted.

In recent remarks, White House medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci called for the virus to still be "taken seriously" and warned that Americans who want to put the pandemic in the past must realize it is not gone yet.

On occasion, the media has knocked conservative figures following their deaths in tweets and articles announcing news of their passing.

Early Friday morning, former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe died in the hospital after being shot during a campaign speech. NPR tweeted out news of his death, labeling him a "divisive arch-conservative" and one of Japan’s "most powerful and influence figures."

As President Biden and his profligate administration leave their fingerprints on more and more policy failures affecting millions of Americans, the liberal media’s tactic seems to be to barely cover or outright ignore these Democratic debacles. Instead, the broadcast evening newscasts are more excited by political dramas, such as the recent ouster of Representative Liz Cheney from her position in the House GOP leadership.

The journalists and hosts at CBS on Thursday night and Friday morning viciously mocked a Michigan woman who was a witness for the Trump team on voter fraud. CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King sneered at her ā€œannoyingā€ voice and mannerisms.

Late Show host Stephen Colbert on Thursday night disgustingly went after the woman, who is not a celebrity or a politician, for FIVE minutes, making a vulgar sex joke at her expense. Imitating her voice and talking of going to a hotel room, he sneered about "the kind of thing your boyfriend Brian is too scared to try."

Sen. Ted Cruz is demanding answers from CBS News over why the network aired an interview with Tara Reade, who accused Joe Biden of sexual assault, in Australia but not in the United States.

ā€œThis is the most complete indictment of media bias ever. Why does CBS think voters in...Australia need to know about these serious charges against Biden, but not voters in...America (where he’s actually on the ballot)?ā€ the Texas Republican tweeted Sunday. ā€œONLY explanation is that @CBSNews is covering up for Dems.ā€
