U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday he wants to deport some violent criminals who are U.S. citizens to El Salvador, where they would be incarcerated under an agreement with that country's government.

Trump's spoke to journalists at the White House during the state visit of Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele.

An Israeli military sniper shot and killed two women inside the Holy Family Parish in Gaza on Saturday, according to the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

The mother and daughter were walking to the Sister’s Convent, the patriarchate said, when gunfire erupted. “One was killed as she tried to carry the other to safety,” it added.

Pope Francis on Sunday again suggested Israel was using "terrorism" tactics in Gaza, deploring the reported killing by the Israeli military of two Christian women who had taken refuge in a church complex.

The Palestinian Hamas terror group is reportedly preventing civilians from leaving the northern Gaza Strip, after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) warned residents Friday morning to flee south ahead of an anticipated ground invasion.

As Breitbart News reported, the IDF issued its warning for all residents north of the Wadi Gaza river. It gave residents 24 hours to flee, though it later acknowledged that an evacuation could take days.

However, Hamas discouraged people from leaving.
