A group of communist revolutionaries burned multiple American flags outside a Jason Aldean concert in Chicago on Saturday night, according to videos of the incident.

The protesters were raising awareness of RevCom (Revolutionary Communist Party), which believes in creating a Marxist revolution in America, calling the USA "the belly of the beast." The RevCom activists burned American flags before police "declared an unlawful assembly and said their activism ā€˜alarmed and disturbed others,'" according to News2Share, who captured the videos.

This November, rock's most successful and pugnacious communists will be inducted, six years after they became eligible, to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Rage Against the Machine, a band that kicked the doors down on the 1990s with a then-novel mix of brutally heavy guitars and hip-hop vocals, also blended in unlikely tandem two other disparate traditions of American life.

Elon Musk believes his ā€œcommunistā€ transgender daughter severed ties with her billionaire father because she was brainwashed into ā€œthinking that anyone rich is evilā€ at the ritzy California school he sent her to.

The CEO of X, formerly known as Twitter, washed his hands of any responsibility for the recent rift between himself and 19-year-old Vivian Jenna Wilson — instead blaming the Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica for infecting her with the ā€œwoke mind virus.ā€

A total of 86 House Democrats voted against a symbolic resolution put forward by Republicans "denouncing the horrors of socialism," Business Insider reports.

The resolution states that "socialist ideology necessitates a concentration of power that has time and time again collapsed into Communist regimes, totalitarian rule, and brutal dictatorships," and lists famines in the Soviet Union, Ukraine, China, and North Korea, as well as violence in Cambodia and high inflation in Venezuela.

It is the disintegration of the U.S.S.R. that President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia says he wants to remedy by waging war against Ukraine; it is the legacy of Moscow’s dominance that Ukrainians hope to free themselves of by defeating Moscow.

It was supposed to be ā€œa voluntary association of peoples with equal rights,ā€ one that would guarantee the ā€œpeaceful coexistence and fraternal cooperation of peoplesā€ while serving as ā€œa faithful bulwark against world capitalism.ā€

It was to be called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

China's Xi Jinping secured a precedent-breaking third leadership term on Sunday and introduced a top governing body stacked with loyalists, cementing his place as the country's most powerful ruler since Mao Zedong.

Shanghai Communist Party chief Li Qiang followed Xi onto the stage at the Great Hall of the People as the new Politburo Standing Committee was introduced, putting him in line to become premier when Li Keqiang retires in March.

In May, Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill establishing a "Victims of Communism Day" in his state "to honor the hundreds of millions of people who have suffered under communist regimes across the world."

"While it's fashionable in some circles to whitewash the history of communism," DeSantis said in a statement, "Florida will stand for truth and remain as a beachhead for freedom."

The Biden administration’s policy toward China calls for diplomatic and economic competition but will not seek to replace an increasingly aggressive Chinese Communist Party system, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Thursday.

ā€œWe are not looking for conflict or a new cold war,ā€ Mr. Blinken said in a long-anticipated speech in Washington detailing the administration’s strategy for dealing with Beijing’s growing influence and increasingly aggressive posture on the world stage.

President Joe Biden’s pick for a top banking regulation position was withdrawn on Tuesday after strong pushback from Senate Republicans and several Democrats.

Saule Omarova, a professor at Cornell Law School, drew criticism for her proposals to dramatically centralize banking and her thesis on Karl Marx, widely seen as the founder of communism.

Biden said in a statement that Omarova asked him to withdraw her nomination to be comptroller of the currency and he agreed to do so.

Cubans have been marching in the streets for freedom, chanting ā€œLibertad!ā€ and demonstrating by the thousands that they’ve had enough of the sham called communism. They know economic disaster and political repression come with that territory.
