Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv was ready to help California battle its devastating wildfires, offering to send 150 Ukrainian firefighters to aid the ravaged state.

ā€œToday, I instructed Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs and our diplomats to prepare for the possible participation of our rescuers in combating the wildfires in California,ā€ Zelenskyy said on social media.

Donald Trump Jr has arrived in Greenland, two weeks after his father repeated his desire for the US to take control of the autonomous Danish territory.

Before his arrival in the capital Nuuk, the US president-elect's son said he was going as a tourist on a "very long, personal, day-trip", to talk to people, and had no meetings planned with government officials.

Ahead of his son's trip, Donald Trump revived a controversy he ignited last month when he said "ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity" for US national security.

Multiple fire trucks and men in hazmat suits were spotted outside Donald Trump Jr.’s home in Jupiter, Florida, on Monday evening after he received a letter containing an unidentified white powder inside of it, according to three sources familiar with the matter.

Trump Jr., the eldest son of former President Donald Trump, received the letter and opened the envelope—causing the white powder to fly out, according to one of the sources.

The Jupiter Police Department did not respond to a request for comment.

Ahazmat team on Monday was called to Donald Trump Jr.'s home in Jupiter, Florida, after he said he received a mysterious white powder inside an envelope in the mail, according to reports.

Trump Jr., eldest son of former President Donald Trump, confirmed the reports with conservative media outlet The Daily Caller, saying, "It's just become a little bit too commonplace that this sort of stuff happens."

"It doesn't matter what your politics are, this type of crap is unacceptable," he added.

A New York judge on Friday ordered former President Trump to pay nearly $355 million in penalties in a civil fraud case that has dealt a stark blow to his family’s business empire.

Judge Arthur Engoron’s 92-page decision came just weeks after closing arguments in the case following a months-long trial last year during which Trump frequently lambasted the judge and the prosecutor who brought the case.

A New York judge ordered that former President Donald Trump pay $355 million — and temporarily banned him from doing business in the state where he made his name — after finding Friday that he inflated his net worth by billions to dupe banks and insurers over the course of a decade.

Trump, 77, will be barred from serving as an officer or director of any company in New York for three years, under the ruling from Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron.

Ivanka Trump could be the successor if a judge imposes a lifetime real estate ban on former President Donald Trump this week, a business expert said.

Trump, his two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, as well as the Trump Organization, are co-defendants in the $370 million civil fraud trial brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. She accuses them of inflating his net worth by billions of dollars to obtain benefits such as better bank loans and reduced tax bills.

Democratic New York Attorney General Letitia James was caught on camera smirking as Donald Trump Jr. took the stand at his father's civil trial Monday.

Over the past several weeks, former President Trump has made many appearances in court defending the Trump Organization, which has its New York business license in jeopardy as James has leveled fraud charges against him and his two adult sons, who were named co-defendants in the case.
