Along with the economy and healthcare, public concern about Social Security and the environment is up significantly, with Social Security registering a 15-year high.

Attorneys general and governors from 23 states and the District of Columbia in a lawsuit, filed in federal court in Rhode Island argue the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services lacks the authority to unilaterally claw back funding the states had already built health programs around.

Just when you thought Democrats couldn't outclass themselves after Rep. Jasmine Crockett referred to Texas Gov. Abbott as "hot wheels", here comes California to make sure you're always entertained.

A new California ballot initiative, named after alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione, has been filed with the state Attorney General. It seeks to ban insurers from delaying, denying, or altering any doctor-recommended treatment that could risk serious harm, including death or permanent injury, according to KTLA.

Secretary Robert F. Kennedy's Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) terminated more than $330 million in National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and gender research in the state of California alone, Fox News Digital learned Thursday.
