Sean “Diddy” Combs pleaded not guilty Monday to additional criminal counts brought forth in a new federal indictment charging the disgraced rapper under five counts, including racketeering and sex trafficking.

Combs appeared in a New York courtroom to formally enter his plea weeks ahead of his federal criminal trial which is set to begin with jury selection on May 5, Reuters reported.

The music mogul faces federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution...

Federal prosecutors on Friday added two charges to Sean “Diddy” Combs ' indictment and said they expect four accusers to testify against him, expanding on allegations that the jailed hip-hop mogul engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women and as recently as last year.

A superseding indictment accuses Combs of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024.

Gov. Mike DeWine continues to praise and support an aide who he said knew about a $4.3 million payoff by FirstEnergy to DeWine’s pick to lead the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio — the entity that decides how much FirstEnergy can charge customers. The aide knew about the payment, but didn’t tell DeWine until the FBI searched the regulator’s home nearly two years later, the governor’s office says.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Tuesday that it had indicted 70 current and previous New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) employees on corruption-related charges. The 70 federal bribery indictments were the most ever brought in one day in the history of the DOJ, with the department arresting 66 of the defendants Tuesday morning across four states, according to a press release. They are accused of accepting money from contractors in return for doling out lucrative no-bid contracts.

Prosecutors say Peter Navarro — a former trade adviser to Donald Trump — should go to jail for six months and pay a $200,000 fine for defying a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 select committee.

“The Defendant chose allegiance to former President Donald Trump over the rule of law,” argued Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Aloi in a 20-page sentencing memo submitted Thursday night.

Vindication for two IRS whistleblowers has come on two major fronts in the past week as the Justice Department, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and President Joe Biden all look substantially worse. Indeed, Garland looks so corrupt that he should lose his job.

Without whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, none of this information would have been unearthed. They now have provided massive evidence supporting every major aspect of their original claims.

Hunter Biden, the beleaguered son of the president, is facing a new criminal indictment in the Central District of California, according to several news outlets.

The charges include nine counts related to federal tax fraud.

He is accused of a four-year scheme to avoid paying $1.4 million in federal taxes for the years 2016-2017 and also filing false tax returns.

The charges were filed in California because special counsel David Weiss would have to file charges in whatever district the tax return under question was filed.

Hunter Biden was indicted on nine tax charges Thursday, in a case that adds a new layer of legal peril for President Biden’s son as he faces continued congressional scrutiny and a separate prosecution on felony gun charges.

The indictment from a grand jury seated in Los Angeles sets up another case with the potential for a trial coinciding with the president’s re-election campaign.

Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday by the U.S. Department of Justice on nine tax-related charges, and the case was assigned to Judge Mark Scarsi, an appointee of former President Donald Trump.

In a 56-page document filed in a Los Angeles, California, federal court, President Joe Biden's son is accused of failing to pay taxes, filing a fraudulent form and evading an assessment. Three of the nine charges are felony counts.
