A federal appeals court on Thursday denied the Trump administration's emergency request to block a judge’s order requiring the U.S. government to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador with a violent criminal history and alleged gang ties, who was deported to the El Salvadoran mega prison "Terrorism Confinement Center" (CECOT) last month.

The ruling allows the lower court’s order to move forward for now.

Senator Chris Van Hollen said on Thursday night that he had met in San Salvador with Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man whose wrongful deportation to El Salvador last month has become a flashpoint in the immigration debate and fueled a standoff between the Trump administration and the courts.

This is going to be so good.

What did they say about Caesar’s wife?

It should doubly apply to prosecutors who nail someone to the wall for dishonest claims regarding real estate transactions, but might be tempted to engage themselves in dishonest claims regarding real estate transactions.

Tish James, the New York attorney general who sheathed her politicized pursuit of Donald Trump in thunderously righteous terms, apparently does not believe she has to be above suspicion or reproach.

The Trump administration released documents Wednesday that revealed new details in the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man deported to El Salvador a month ago in what a government lawyer called an ā€œadministrative error.ā€

The documents were released after weeks of pressure on the government to prove its contention that Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS-13 gang. The Trump administration sent him to a notorious megaprison in the Central American country as part of its promised deportation program of alleged criminals.

The wife of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man mistakenly deported to El Salvador, sought a restraining order against her husband alleging domestic violence, according to a 2021 court filing posted on social media by the Department of Homeland Security.

In its post, DHS officials wrote, ā€œKilmar Abrego Garcia had a history of violence and was not the upstanding ā€˜Maryland Man’ the media has portrayed him as.ā€

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been hit with shocking allegations by the Trump administration, accusing her of mortgage fraud.

In documents obtained by Fox News Channel's "The Ingraham Angle," the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, accusing James of mortgage fraud Tuesday.

FHFA Director William Pulte said in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi that James appears to have falsified records to meet certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms.

President Donald Trump’s federal housing director has asked the Department of Justice to investigate one of Trump’s most high-profile enemies for alleged mortgage fraud.

A criminal referral sent by Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte accuses New York Attorney General Letitia James of allegedly falsifying records to get better home mortgage terms from federally backed lenders.d
