If former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney is as conservative or as Republican as she claims… she sure has a funny way of showing it. The embattled ex-representative has become something of a persona non grata within the GOP thanks to her incessant belittling of her own party. The latest, and most exhausting, example of Cheney’s continued descent into being a woman without a political party came on Friday, when the former vice chair of the January 6 Committee couldn’t help but comment about the bombshell video dump spearheaded by the...

Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said Sunday that she is not ruling out a White House bid and vowed to help elect leaders who will fight against future challenges to election results as seen in the 2020 election.

Cheney initially dodged a question about her 2024 plans, telling CNN ā€œState of the Unionā€ anchor Jake Tapper: ā€œI will tell you what I’m definitely going to do — I’m going to spend the next year, between now and the election, certainly helping to elect serious people, helping to elect sane people to Congress.ā€

Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) said on Sunday she would not rule out a presidential run.

ā€œNo, I’m not,ā€ Cheney said after being asked by anchor Jake Tapper in an interview on CNN’s ā€œState of the Union.ā€

Moments earlier, Tapper pressed Cheney on whether she would vote for President Joe Biden over former President Donald Trump.

ā€œWe’re going to see what happens. We’re going to see how things unfold,ā€ Cheney said.

There aren’t a lot of issues that unite the Biden White House, GOP presidential contenders, and allies of Donald Trump. But one thing that has? The ex-president’s decision to praise Hezbollah, which has been designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the US. The militant group congratulated Hamas on its Saturday attack on Israel and is viewed as the biggest threat to the Jewish state.

Former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney welcomed Kevin McCarthy’s ouster as House speaker this week, castigating him as ā€œunfitā€ for the role.

ā€œKevin McCarthy is absolutely unfit to be speaker,ā€ Cheney, 57, said in remarks at the University of Minnesota Wednesday night.

When asked, Cheney said she would have joined the eight Republicans who backed ejecting McCarthy (R-Calif.) from his position had she still been in the House of Representatives.

Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) thinks Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) will lose the Speakership vote if House Republicans choose him to fill the currently vacant seat. ā€œIf the Republicans decide that Jim Jordan should be the Speaker of the House, there will and … by the way, I don’t think that will happen, I think he’ll loseā€ Cheney said in a speech Thursday at the University of Minnesota. Cheney’s opinion differs from a second Republican who served with her on the special House panel investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 attack...

Liz Cheney, a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump and fellow Republican Party members continuing to support him as the 2024 GOP presidential candidate, launched criticism against elected leaders.

ā€œWhat we’ve done in our politics is create a situation where we’re electing idiots,ā€ Cheney said Monday at an event at New York City's Center for Culture and Arts focused on the future of bipartisanship.

Former Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney had a chilly reception at her alma mater this past weekend when she gave the commencement speech for Colorado College’s class of 2023. Many students turned their backs to Cheney during her speech and others booed, while she also received some signs of support from the audience. According to the Cowboy State Daily, roughly half of the graduates turned their backs to Cheney during her speech. ā€œIt’s an honor to be here with most of you to celebrate this tremendous accomplishment,ā€ she said during her...

Former Wyoming GOP Rep. Liz Cheney was reportedly greeted with boos and turned chairs from some of the graduates at Colorado College on Sunday where she delivered a commencement address.

Cheney, an outspoken critic of former President Donald Trump who lost her bid for re-election, discussed her opposition to Trump during the address.

Cheney, who was a member of the House Select Committee on Jan. 6, also repeatedly criticized her GOP colleagues for not publicly denouncing Trump’s claims of widespread fraud during the 2020 election, according to the Daily Mail.

Former Republican congresswoman Liz Cheney was booed as she delivered a commencement address at her alma mater in Colorado on Sunday. One student also shared an insulting message for her on a graduation cap, the U.K. Daily Mail reported. The former political scion and one-time rising GOP star spoke to students who were graduating from Colorado College in Colorado Springs. As she has done for much of the last two years, Cheney made the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incursion and her opposition to former President Donald Trump the focal points...
