The watchdogs said they have found that over 476,000 Florida voters in 2024 cast ballots without providing legally required ID. In this photo illustration, the names of the candidates for the 2024 Presidential election, including Republican presidential nominee, former U.S. President Donald Trump, and Democratic presidential nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, appear on a vote-by-mail ballot in Miami, Fla., on Oct. 2, 2024. SALT LAKE CITY — A recent legislative audit found over 1,400 apparently deceased voters on Utah's rolls, including two who voted in the November election. This has led to some Republican lawmakers calling into question the security of Utah's election system, with Utah House Speaker Mike Schultz, R-Hooper, using the audit to suggest that Utah's universal mail-in voting system should be revisited. Lawmakers have already floated several suggestions related to election administration, and a bill that would require voters to opt in to receive a mailed ballot is likely to...

Vice President Kamala Harris is vowing to sign legislation as president that would have millions of illegal aliens eventually securing naturalized American citizenship and imposing nationwide no-excuse mail-in voting. During a rally in Glendale, Arizona, Harris said she would back amnesty for the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens through so-called ā€œcomprehensive reform.ā€ ā€œWe know our immigration system is broken and we know what it takes to fix it: comprehensive reform. That includes strong border security and an earned pathway to citizenship,ā€ Harris said.

Palm Beach County elections officials have begun mailing out ballots to residents who prefer to vote from home. But they are warning that some people expecting ballots in their mailboxes this year may not get them unless they act soon. A controversial state law passed in 2021 requires Floridians who vote by mail to renew their request for mail-in ballots at least every two years. Previously, people could ask to receive them indefinitely. This year's elections are the first general election since the law went into full effect. County Supervisor...

Major changes to North Carolina's elections rules, in 2024 or beyond, were unveiled Thursday in a state Senate committee — including one proposed change that critics say would give the Republican-led legislature the power to change how local city and county governments are elected, in order to weaken Democratic political power in the state's main urban areas and other liberal-leaning parts of the state. Republican lawmakers in the committee voted to advance a total rewrite of a different bill, Senate Bill 88, that now contains wide-ranging changes to state elections...

Changes to mail-in voting practices in Florida could have an outsized impact on Democrats in the upcoming general election who traditionally rely on the method more than their GOP counterparts, the Washington Examiner reported Thursday. Florida's 2021 election law altered the state's mail-in voting policy, cancelling the previous practice of allowing vote-by-mail requests to remain valid for multiple election cycles. Because of that law, Floridians must request a mail-in ballot within 10 days of the election, meaning the deadline for a request this year is Oct. 24.

For years, both Former President Donald Trump and the Republican Party have denounced mail-in voting, claiming it leads to fraud and helps Democrats steal the election. However, they are changing their tune ahead of the November 2024 election. The Trump campaign announced its latest effort to reassure Americans that the presumptuous GOP nominee is taking action to uphold the integrity of the nation’s voting system. The National Republican Committee (RNC) and the Trump campaign launched their "Swamp The Vote USA" effort this week, marking a major switch in his position...

From the beginning of his misadventures in politics, Donald Trump has opposed any form of voting other than a same day presence at a physical polling place. He has insisted that all forms of early voting and mail-in balloting are schemes contrived by Democrats to contaminate elections with fraud. Click here to Tweet this article As a result of his relentless anti-early and mail-in voting campaign, Trump's glassy-eyed cult disciples now refuse to dirty themselves with the practice that their Dear Leader has decreed is infected with nasty, democratic corruption....
