Missing Vermont woman found shot to death

A Vermont woman, who was reported missing Saturday, was found shot to death just days later, according to police. Vermont State Police received a report Tuesday around 1 p.m. of a human body found inside a large container on a sand bar in the Missisquoi River near Big Falls of Missiquoi State Park in Troy, a release noted.
