As Donald Trump re-enters the White House on a pledge to end national security state overreach, the Federal Bureau of Investigation is still hiding critical details on the Russia conspiracy investigation that engulfed his first term.

In response to a Freedom of Information request filed by RealClearInvestigations in August 2022, the FBI on Dec. 31, more than two years later, released a heavily redacted copy of the document that opened an explosive and unprecedented counterintelligence probe of the sitting president as an agent of the Russian government. 

The new reports and documents being fed to Public and Racket have added a new layer of scandal to the Russian collusion hoax. We knew this was a political hack job. It’s now veered into territory where people should be indicted for illegal spy operations. It also should spur Republicans to haul James Comey, Gina Haspel, and John Brennan back onto the Hill to answer questions about this intelligence scandal for which no one has honestly been held accountable.

The same crew exposed the public opinion influencing operation between Twitter and the FBI. Yesterday, they exposed how the CIA worked with the top intelligence agencies of our allies to spy on Trump associates long before the FBI signed off on their official counterintelligence probe in the summer of 2016. The CIA pegged 26 Trump associates to be surveilled illegally–all conducted to take down Trump.

A federal judge threw out a sprawling racketeering lawsuit brought by former President Donald Trump against his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton, members of her campaign, and an array of figures tied to Trump-Russia collusion claims.

Judge Donald Middlebrooks harshly critiqued Trump’s legal filings in a ruling explaining why the case was being tossed out.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered remarks at the 2022 New York State Democratic Convention in New York City amid the Special Counsel John Durham probe controversy. 

During her speech, Clinton accused Fox News of lying about her in an attempt to spread disinformation regarding the Durham probe.

"We can't get distracted by the latest culture war nonsense or a new right wing lie on Fox or Facebook," the former presidential candidate said. "By the way, they are after me again lately, in case you may have noticed."

Special counsel John Durham accused a lawyer for the Democrats of sharing with the CIA in 2017 internet data purported to show Russian-made phones being used in the vicinity of the White House complex, as part of a broader effort to raise the intelligence community's suspicions of Donald Trump's ties to Russia shortly after he took office.

The accusation -- which Durham couched in vague, technical language in a court filing late Friday -- has been seized upon by Trump and his supporters, who claim the former President was subjected to a smear campaign.

Special Counsel John Durham alleged in a court filing last week that a lawyer for Democrats shared data with a federal agency allegedly showing the use of Russian-made phones near the White House in 2017.

The February 11 filing also accuses attorney Michael Sussmann of lying to the FBI in September 2016, when he said he was not working "for any client" when he presented the agency with purported evidence of covert communications between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank.

Lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a technology company to "infiltrate" servers belonging to Trump Tower, and later the White House, in order to establish an "inference" and "narrative" to bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia, a filing from Special Counsel John Durham found.

One characteristic of Russiagate bombshells is that the mainstream press simply doesn’t cover them. That stands in contrast to the breathless coverage given to the original investigations, even as they never delivered the promised goods.
