Federal prosecutors on Friday added two charges to Sean “Diddy” Combs ' indictment and said they expect four accusers to testify against him, expanding on allegations that the jailed hip-hop mogul engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women and as recently as last year.

A superseding indictment accuses Combs of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024.

Marilyn Manson won’t face charges of sexual assault or domestic violence following a four-year investigation, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

“We have determined that allegations of domestic violence fall outside of the statute of limitations, and we cannot prove charges of sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said in a statement.

Author Neil Gaiman denied allegations of sexual assault and abuse made by multiple women and reported in a New York Magazine story earlier this week. In a new statement posted to his website Tuesday, Gaiman wrote, “I have never engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with anyone. Ever.” His denial arrives a day after the cover story published that included eight of Gaiman’s accusers — including four who previously shared their claims on the 2024 podcast series Master: The Allegations Against Neil Gaiman. Gaiman also denied the previous allegations against him,...

Prime Minister Keir Starmer of Britain on Monday fired back at Elon Musk after days of inflammatory social media posts by Mr. Musk, the billionaire owner of X, indirectly accusing him and others of “spreading lies and misinformation” about victims of child sex abuse gangs.

“Those who are spreading lies and misinformation, as far and as wide as possible, are not interested in victims,” Mr. Starmer told reporters at an event south of London dedicated to repairing the National Health Service. “They’re interested in themselves.”

Elon Musk has reopened the national scandal surrounding gangs of men who groomed, assaulted and raped girls across England.

In dozens of messages posted on his X platform over the past week he has ranged from including excerpts of court transcripts to calling Sir Keir Starmer “complicit in the rape of Britain”.

They represent the latest intervention by the tech billionaire, who will work in Donald Trump’s incoming administration, into the affairs of the UK.

The grooming and serial rape of thousands of English girls by men of mostly Pakistani Muslim background over several decades is the biggest peacetime crime in the history of modern Europe. It went on for many years. It is still going on. And there has been no justice for the vast majority of the victims.

Foreigners are more than three times as likely to be arrested for sex crimes in the UK as British citizens, according to a first-of-its-kind analysis by the Centre for Migration Control using data from the Home Office and the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

The report comes amid claims that the government has purposefully suppressed information on migrant crime stats, as well as a renewed uproar over institutional cover-ups in the ‘grooming gangs’ scandal.

A French panel of judges found dozens of men guilty of raping a woman whose then-husband had drugged her unconscious over the course of a decade. The court sentenced the husband to a maximum 20 years of imprisonment.

The five-judge panel first ruled that the ex-husband of GisĂšle Pelicot was guilty of aggravated rapes and all other charges against him.

HOUSTON — An Alabama woman who accused Jay-Z and Diddy of raping her when she was 13 years old sat down with NBC News to recount what she called a “catastrophic event”: a limo ride to a white house, a drink that made her feel woozy, a sexual assault by rap stars that would ruin her life. But the woman and her lawyers also acknowledge that there were some inconsistencies in her account in response to questions by NBC News. “I have made some mistakes” in her recollections of that...

Former President Donald Trump celebrated a significant legal victory Wednesday, July 24, when a Florida judge refused to dismiss his defamation lawsuit against ABC News and anchor George Stephanopoulos. The lawsuit originated from an interview with GOP Rep. Nancy Mace, during which Stephanopoulos repeatedly claimed Trump was liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.
