LANSING, Mich. (WILX)—An attorney facing criminal charges for illegally accessing Michigan voting machines after the 2020 election has been arrested. After a separate federal court appearance, Stefanie Lambert was arrested in Washington, D.C.. Lambert missed a hearing for her case and now has a bench warrant in Michigan. She is accused of leaking emails related to Dominion Voting Machines. It has been alleged that Dominion was the target of voting conspiracies in 2020. Seven more towns voted down a proposed ban on voting machines Wednesday after a conservative group led an effort to introduce the measure at town meetings around the state. Voters in Brookline rejected the measure 158 to 30. In Newbury, the effort also failed in a 153 to 38 vote.
