A whistleblower on Wednesday told congressional lawmakers that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and other executives lied to Congress as Meta actively tried to help China develop artificial intelligence in an effort to win favor with Beijing. 

President Donald Trump has used his new powers to dismiss a slew of lawsuits filed under former President Joe Biden, including challenges to state abortion bans, allegations of racism in police and fire departments, environmental and anti-whistleblower cases, and various business-related disputes. Meanwhile, he has largely left Biden-era antitrust lawsuits untouched.

Senate Democrats launched an online form on their website for public servants to report cases of the Trump administration acting out of line, particularly regarding the conduct of the Department of Government Efficiency, which is run by Elon Musk. 

“Whistleblowers are a vital part of Congressional oversight to hold the administration accountable,” says the description of the online form.

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), the ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, said they are launching a portal for whistleblowers to expose wrongdoing and abuses of power in the Trump administration.

Gary Peters (D-Michigan), have set up a whistleblower complaint portal for federal workers to submit any reports of what they see as unlawful activities in their respective agencies in response to Elon Musk and his group’s efforts to downsize the federal government.

A CIA agent forced into medical retirement by a mysterious set of symptoms often dubbed “Havana Syndrome” is speaking out. According to the former agent, the CIA is actively suppressing the truth about the “anomalous health incidents,” or AHIs, that she and many other U.S. government employees around the world have experienced.

In an interview with journalist Catherine Herridge published on X, the agent says she is certain that she suffered an AHI and that the CIA is covering up the source.

A Minnesota teachers union has reportedly expelled one of its members, a school counselor who blew the whistle on the school district’s transgender policies.

Joshua Dean, formerly an auditor at Spirit Aerosystems and whistleblower who alleged Spirit had failed to address defects along the Boeing 737 production line, has died Tuesday after a two-week fight with an infection. He was 45 years old.

According to a Facebook post from his mother, he was hospitalized with Influenza B and MRSA that went into pneumonia. His condition quickly deteriorated and he was transferred to a hospital in Oklahoma City.
