President Biden on Monday signed a proclamation to establish a national monument honoring Frances Perkins, the first woman to serve in a presidential Cabinet and the nation’s longest-serving labor secretary.

HOUSTON — An Alabama woman who accused Jay-Z and Diddy of raping her when she was 13 years old sat down with NBC News to recount what she called a ā€œcatastrophic eventā€: a limo ride to a white house, a drink that made her feel woozy, a sexual assault by rap stars that would ruin her life. But the woman and her lawyers also acknowledge that there were some inconsistencies in her account in response to questions by NBC News. ā€œI have made some mistakesā€ in her recollections of that...

Sabrina’s got that boy wrapped round her finger. Olivia knows she might sound crazy but she doesn’t care. Chappell is having a sexually explicit kinda love affair with a closeted woman. Billie is going to eat that girl for lunch, because it tastes like she might be the one. Charli wants you to guess the colour of her underwear. RenĆ©e is feuding with the worst bitch on earth. Summer 2024 is a bad girlie summer.

In one of the most anticipated votes at their annual convention on Wednesday, Southern Baptist delegates voted down a measure that would have enshrined a ban on churches with women pastors in the convention's constitution.

"It failed to reach the two-thirds threshold that's required to make it an amendment," Dr. Ed Stetzer, Dean of Theology at Biola University, told CBN News.

Tuesday the SBC expelled First Baptist Church in Alexandria, VA. The church has a woman pastor over children and women but also believes women can serve as a senior pastor.

Young girls are starting their first periods earlier than they have in previous decades—a shift associated with adverse health outcomes later in life.

A new study published on May 29 in JAMA Network Open revealed that the median age at menarche has remained relatively stable at around 12 years, and the proportion of girls starting menstruation before age 11 has significantly increased over time.

Menarche, or the first menstrual period, marks the beginning of the monthly hormonal cycle and reproductive lifespan. Additionally, it signifies the end of female puberty.

Flavor Flav has called out Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker after the NFL player delivered a controversial commencement speech at Benedictine College's graduation. During Butker's speech on May 11, he attacked working women, abortion, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and surrogacy, and encouraged the male graduates to "fight against the cultural emasculation of men." At one point during the 20-minute address, Butker quoted a lyric written by Taylor Swift , mentioning her only as his "teammate's girlfriend," in reference to her boyfriend Travis Kelce .

May 8 (Reuters) - Donia Abu Talib took an historic step for Saudi women when she earned direct qualification for the taekwondo competition at the Paris Olympics and is determined to take another huge stride in France later this year. The 27-year-old punched her ticket to the Games at the Asian qualifiers in March and her achievement was celebrated by Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, the minister of sport and head of the Saudi Olympic Committee. Saudi officialdom was not always so enamoured of women's sport and it took...

I’m not one to complain. OK that’s a joke. I do, in fact, love complaining. I’m skilled at it and some might say I even have a gift for it. My latest grievance is with women’s fashions. There’s a lot of ā€œWTH?ā€ clothes currently in stores. The item that befuddles me the most is the crop top. I’ve been railing against the crop top for years. It started out as a little spandex top for the much younger demographic, but now it’s morphed into blouses. Good luck finding a top...

Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas has been the subject of several false claims that have drawn the attention of social media users critical of the athlete’s participation in women’s sports. Among them, circulating on a Facebook post: "The US Women’s team has made it clear they will resign immediately if the Olympic Committee allows Lia Thomas to try out." "ā€˜We don’t need an outsider,’ the Coach stated," the April 30 post said. "ā€˜We are champions solely composed of females. We don’t welcome male participation.’" This post was flagged as part of...
