Seven states, including Pennsylvania, that were the focal points of Republican efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election have more than 200 legislators labeled in a new report as being “election deniers.”

A voting machine company’s $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox News has rocked the conservative media giant, exposing rifts between its journalists and the star hosts and executives more concerned with mollifying pro-Trump viewers than accurately reporting that the 2020 election wasn’t stolen.

Fox Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch admitted in a deposition that some Fox News hosts "endorsed" false election conspiracy theories but he chose not to stop them, according to unsealed court documents in Dominion Voting Systems' $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against the network.

"They endorsed," Murdoch said in the deposition in response to questions about hosts Sean Hannity, Jeanine Pirro, Lou Dobbs and Maria Bartiromo.

Voting-machine company Dominion Voting Systems is suing Fox News and Fox Corp. FOX for defamation, over false on-air claims that its technology enabled widespread fraud in the election. The new details emerged in briefs in which the companies laid out evidence they plan to present to a Delaware state court.

The former president accused the billionaire media magnate of 'throwing his anchors under the table' over his comments in sworn testimony as part of Dominion Voting Systems' $1.6 billion lawsuit.

In his comments on Truth Social, Trump claimed Murdoch is 'killing his case' and 'infuriating his viewers' who will be 'again leaving in droves'.

Washington (CNN)In the now-notorious phone call between President Donald Trump, Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and staff, the President repeated multiple false claims in an effort to claim victory in Georgia, a state he lost to President-elect Joe Biden.

Among the copious false claims about election fraud that U.S. President Donald Trump made after losing the 2020 presidential election to challenger Joe Biden was the assertion that the state of Pennsylvania had found they recorded “205,000 votes more than they had voters.”

The apparent source of the misinformation amplified by Trump was a news release issued by Pennsylvania State Rep. Frank Ryan on Dec. 28, maintaining that a comparison of “county election results to the total number of voters who voted” in Pennsylvania revealed a discrepancy of over 203,000 ballots:

On December 11, the Supreme Court rejected a Texas lawsuit that challenged Joe Biden’s victory in four battleground states. A widely shared social media post, which shows a screenshot of a tweet, however, is claiming the following: “Texas and/or other states can re-file their cases against WI MI PA GA with the correct terms as ‘motion to file the bill of complaint’, and their cases will be heard by SCOTUS.”

The claim that if Texas refiles the lawsuit as a “motion to file the bill of complaint” the Supreme Court will hear the case, is false.

The Trump campaign is falsely claiming that surveillance camera footage captured election workers in Georgia adding thousands of illegal ballots that were brought into an Atlanta facility in suspicious “suitcases” on election night.

The campaign presented the video to Georgia state lawmakers on Dec. 3. President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, wrote on Twitter the same day: “The video tape doesn’t lie. Fulton County Democrats stole the election. It’s now beyond doubt.” Trump himself later amplified the claim at a rally in Georgia on Dec. 5.
