Yesterday, self-described misogynist influencer Andrew Tate appeared on right-wing commentator Patrick Bet-David’s podcast. It was the Eastern-bloc sex-cam impresario’s first media appearance since leaving Romania, where he and his brother Tristan are accused of human trafficking, among other crimes. Tate, a dual UK-U.S.

Controversial brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Romania and are now facing extradition to back to Britain after they were issued with a UK arrest warrant for alleged 'sexual aggression'.

The pair were seen being pulled out of a police van in handcuffs earlier today before being led into the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

Online influencer Andrew Tate was detained in Romania and handed an arrest warrant issued by British authorities, his spokesperson said Tuesday.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan Tate were detained Monday evening on allegations of sexual aggression in a UK case dating back to 2012-2015, spokesperson Mateea Petrescu said.

She said the Bucharest Court of Appeal is set to make a ā€œpivotal decisionā€ Tuesday on whether to execute the warrants issued by UK’s Westminster Magistrates Court.

Andrew Tate has lost his latest appeal in Romania, meaning he will remain under house arrest as he faces charges of rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

Tate reacted to the news on social media, lamenting the fact that he now hasn't "been outside in 7 months" after spending three months "in a dungeon" and four months "at home with strict conditions."

Disgraced influencer Andrew Tate will face trial on charges of rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, authorities in Romania said Tuesday.

Tate, his brother Tristan and two other suspects have been under house arrest after a police investigation that led to their arrest in December. They deny the allegations.

Recently released Andrew Tate has sworn that there is 'zero per cent' chance that he will be found guilty of the sex trafficking, rape and gang charges against him.

Tate and his brother Tristan, alongside two alleged female accomplices, were released on house arrest from a Romanian jail on Friday evening having been incarcerated since December.

As he and his brother walked out of the Bucharest jail together, the misogynistic influencer remained silent while Tristan delivered a brief statement claiming the judge's decision would be 'vindicated'.

Misogynistic influencer Andrew Tate built himself a darker version of the Playboy Mansion just outside of Bucharest, Romania — a guarded compound full of sports cars and women. But the party came to a screeching halt on Dec. 29, when Romanian police arrested Tate, his brother Tristan, and two alleged accomplices. The foursome are accused of running a trafficking ring that forced women to create online pornographic content.

A court in Bucharest, Romania upheld the 30-day arrest of controversial influencer Andrew Tate on Tuesday, rejecting his appeal against a judge’s earlier decision to extend his arrest from 24 hours to 30 days. Tate, 36, a dual British-US citizen, was arrested on December 29th along with his brother Tristan (34) on charges of organized crime, human trafficking, and rape. Two Romanian women were also taken into custody.
