According to the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP), Victoria Tidball, 28, was wanted in connection to a shooting in Saratoga Wyoming on December 16. Victoria Tidball, 28, is one of two suspects connected to a Dec. 16 shooting incident in Saratoga, WY.
