BRIDGEPORT, CT — The identification has been released by police of the 2-year-old boy killed in a one-car crash early Tuesday in Bridgeport. Jayseon Ramsay was killed when the 2005 Honda Accord he was riding in crashed into a utility pole and tree on Reservoir Avenue near Saunders Avenue. The 29-year-old male driver of the car suffered minor injuries in the 6 a.m. crash, while a 30-year-old female passenger was seriously injured.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WFSB) - A 2-year-old boy was killed, and two adults were injured in a car crash involving a utility pole in Bridgeport Tuesday morning. Bridgeport police say the crash happened just after 6:00 a.m. near Reservoir Ave and Saunders Ave. According to police the driver of a silver 2005 Honda Accord was traveling northbound on Reservoir Road when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a UI utility pole. A two-vehicle crash killed two children and left a pair of adults badly injured in southern Connecticut on Sunday. Connecticut State police said the deadly collision occurred around 3:30 p.m. when a Ford F-600 Super Duty pickup truck being driven by a 40-year-old man hit the back of a Honda Civic carrying 6-year-old Laura Vitoria Alves Brito and 3-year-old Riquelme Alves Brito. Two young children were killed in a crash on Route 8 in Beacon Falls on Sunday afternoon. Connecticut State Police said the crash was reported just before 3:30 p.m. on Route 8 North about a half mile past Exit 23 where a 40-year-old Oxford man, driving a Ford F-600 Super Duty pickup truck, struck the rear of a Honda Civic occupied by two adults and two children, ages 6 and 3. Both motorists had been driving in the left lane before the collision, after which both vehicles ended up in...

Police say two Bridgeport children were killed in a Beacon Falls accident.

The accident happened on Exit 23 of Route 8.

Police say two cars crashed at the scene.

The drivers of both cars and one passenger sustained injuries.
