Ann Coulter said she will vote for former President Trump in November, despite thinking he is an “awful, awful person,” because of his pick of Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) as his running mate.

The conservative media pundit has mostly sworn off Trump and urged on his rivals in the 2024 primary election, but told C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” on Sunday that she will still give him her vote.

Conservative author and commentator Ann Coulter recently told former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy that she would not back him for the GOP nomination because “you’re an Indian.”

Coulter, 62, made the shocking remark on a podcast Ramaswamy released Wednesday, on which the two spoke about nationalism and the basis of American identity.

“I agreed with many many things you said during — in fact, probably more than most other candidates — when you were running for president, but I still would not have voted for you, because you’re an Indian,” she said.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) made good on his promise to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, filing a motion to vacate over the weekend. It’s a privileged motion, so the House must take it up within two days. The vote is happening today, but not before McCarthy’s allies force a move to table this maneuver. House Republicans have a slim five-seat majority. Democrats aren’t going to lift a finger to bail out McCarthy despite some reports that there are quiet whispers that a few might help the speaker. For now, the...

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter said Nikki Haley should “go back to your own country” after the former South Carolina governor announced her 2024 presidential candidacy on Wednesday. The South Carolina-born Haley, who also served as former President Donald Trump’s ambassador to the United Nations, is challenging her ex-boss for the Republican nomination. Appearing on Mark Simone’s show on WOR radio Wednesday, Coulter took issue with Haley removing the Confederate flag from the state capitol in 2015 after a White supremacist shot and killed nine people at a historically Black church...

Ann Coulter ripped into President Donald Trump over the weekend after he publicly rebuked former Attorney General Jeff Sessions on social media.

The president has openly berated his former attorney general for recusing himself from the Russia investigation. Trump has even gone so far as to endorse former college football coach Tommy Tuberville over Sessions in the Republican primary for a U.S. Senate seat in Alabama.

Whatever happened to the idea that colleges and universities were sanctuaries of free speech, where academics and students could vigorously study and debate differing ideas? Why have so many institutions of higher learning—once regarded as bastions of vigorous, honest scholarship, where the search for truth was inviolable—morphed into places of intolerance and rigid ideological conformity? Speakers with “unacceptable” viewpoints are shouted down or even resisted with violence.
