CLAYTON — Prosecutors on Thursday charged a 20-year-old man with fatally shooting a woman in January while trying to steal her gun, St. Louis County police said. Devin Macon, of St. Louis, was charged with second-degree murder and stealing a gun after prosecutors say he shot 25-year-old Keila Buckner during a struggle over a gun in Jennings.
