Four people were killed and 28 others injured in a mass shooting at a 16th birthday party in Dadeville, Alabama, on Saturday night. Authorities have not yet released information on the shooter or their motive.

The incident, which reportedly occurred at a dance studio, marks the highest number of injuries of any mass shooting this year so far, according to data from the Gun Violence Archive. It follows other recent mass shootings at a bank in Louisville, Kentucky, and at Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is leading the probe. The agency has made only three statements in three days, mostly asking for help from the public. Aside from written press releases and two short briefings where...

Four people are dead and as many as 20 were reportedly injured following a shooting at a birthday party in Dadeville Saturday night. The shooting occurred at approximately 10:34 p.m. near the 200 block of Broadnax Street at...

Few details were yet available, Tallapoosa County Superintendent Raymond Porter told AL.com, ā€œand there’s as much misinformation as good information.ā€ But he said he believed local students from his school district were at the event and...
