A lecturer at Stanford University has been suspended after reportedly singling out Jewish students in his class, downplaying the Holocaust, and defending Hamas after the terrorist attack on Israel. The lecturer’s identity has been kept anonymous by Stanford, but according to Campus Reform and The Daily Mail, students identified him as 46-year-old Ameer Hasan Loggins. Loggins was close to former NFL quarterback and social justice activist Colin Kaepernick and helped radicalize Kaepernick.

It seems Colin Kaepernick is still trying to make his way into the NFL. Rapper J. Cole recently released a letter that Kaepernick sent to New York Jets general manager Joe Douglas offering his quarterback services to the team’s practice squad. The Jets have been struggling since Aaron Rodgersā€˜ season-ending injury four plays into his first game on September 11, forcing an overwhelmed Zach Wilson into the starting position. ā€œI asked Colin @kaepernick7 if I could share this letter with the world. He was reluctant. My argument was that I...

That’s Colin Kaepernick, who took his last snap as an NFL quarterback on New Year’s Day in 2017, addressing New York Jets general manager Joe Douglas in a letter dated Sept. 21 and given a wider public audience this week. Kaepernick, who led the San Francisco 49ers to the Super Bowl in 2013 and went on to make headlines for his social activism (including, of course, his decision to kneel during the pregame playing of the national anthem as a silent protest against institutional racism and perceived policing malpractice), observes...

In an Instagram post shared Tuesday, J.Cole revealed that Colin Kaepernick wants to be on the field again. The rapper posted a copy of a letter that Kaepernick, 35, wrote to New York Jets general manager Joe Douglas asking to join the practice squad. In the caption, J. Cole wrote: ā€œI asked Colin @kaepernick7 if I could share this letter with the world. He was reluctant. My argument was that I believe the people and all organizations should know the truth about how hard he works and how much he...

Colin Kaepernick throws a pass during a private NFL workout on Nov. 16, 2019, in Riverdale, Ga. The former quarterback wrote a letter to the New York Jets last week, asking for them to sign him to the practice squad, according to rapper J. Cole. Colin Kaepernick has been passed over yet again. Rapper J. Cole took to Instagram to share a letter he said Kaepernick sent to New York Jets general manager Joe Douglas. In the letter, which was dated Sept. 21, Kaepernick asks for the opportunity to join...

Rapper J. Cole on Tuesday evening revealed that ex-NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick reached out to the New York Jets asking to be considered for a spot on the practice squad. In the letter posted on Cole’s Instagram — penned Sept. 21 to Jets General Manager Joe Douglas — Kaepernick acknowledged the devastating injury of QB Aaron Rodgers and threw his hat in the ring while the team addresses its current ā€œdepth issues at the position.ā€ ā€œAs much as I would love the opportunity to fill that spot, I’m writing you...

Seven years after he last took an NFL snap, Colin Kaepernick believes he can still help a team in need of a quarterback — even if it means playing on the practice squad. The former San Francisco 49ers signal-caller who exited the league in controversial fashion wrote a letter to the New York Jets last week requesting a chance to play quarterback for them, but with a twist. Rather than lobby for the Jets' starting quarterback job with the team struggling in the wake of the season-ending injury to star...

Colin Kaepernick reached out to the Jets about a spot on their practice squad following fellow quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ season-ending Achilles tear, according to a letter shared by rapper J. Cole. Kaepernick allegedly sent the letter to general manager Joe Douglas on Sept. 21, contending his ā€œsole missionā€ would be to help prepare the Jets defense in practice, with his mobility mimicking that of upcoming opponents in Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson and Jalen Hurts. ā€œIn a perfect world for the Jets, Zach Wilson finds his stride and shows that he...

NEW YORK -- Colin Kaepernick wants a shot at joining the Jets practice squad. The former San Francisco 49ers quarterback wrote a letter to New York general manager Joe Douglas asking the team to consider signing him to the practice squad. The letter, dated Sept. 21, was released on social media by rapper J. Cole. A person close to Kaepernick, speaking on condition of anonymity because it's a private matter, confirmed to the AP the legitimacy of the letter. It was not immediately known, however, if Douglas or someone in...
