During his historic comeback campaign in 2024, President Trump vowed to close the book on a dark chapter in America’s constitutional history: the weaponization of America’s own government to silence, censor, and suppress the free speech of ordinary Americans. The American people responded to this promise by giving President Trump a landslide victory last November.

A majority of the people agree with what Donald Trump is doing to secure the border, according to the latest CBS News poll. That has liberals seething. They are desperate to fabricate a scandal they can exploit to restore the flood of illegal aliens into the country.

At a hearing Tuesday, Rep. Jamie Raskin demanded the return of “people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of gangbangers.”

Just a quick update after Trump’s Rose Garden speech.

I guess it’s just possible that when we get details about the Trump tariffs they will be lower than what he just announced, but based on what he said, he’s gone full-on crazy. It’s not just that he appears to be imposing much higher tariffs than almost anyone expected. He’s also making false claims about our trading partners — not sure in this case whether they’re lies, because he may be truly ignorant — that will both enrage them and make it very hard to back down.

When Katy Perry dropped the single “Woman’s World” last summer, critics and fans alike slammed the pop star for being out of touch. The song and its accompanying video felt very early 2000s with its phony message of female empowerment. While stomping around in kitschy costumes, Perry tells her audience that women can be both soft and strong (I’m imagining toilet paper), and sexy and confident, too. What a revelation! Unless something goes wrong, most spaceflights are little reported in the news. Monday’s launch of a Blue Origin New Shepard rocket, though, was an exception. Its all-female crew attracted a huge amount of attention, thanks in part to the inclusion of the pop star Katy Perry. The six women comprised the eleventh crew to fly on this vehicle, with previous passengers including company founder Jeff Bezos and Star Trek actor William Shatner.
