Florence Pugh continues to captivate, this time on the "Thunderbolts" neon yellow carpet. The actress stunned at the Marvel film's United Kingdom premiere in London on April 22, in a signature sheer look, wearing a semi-nude, black Elie Saab gown with lace tulle that revealed her torso and legs. She complemented the ensemble with superhero sleek hair pulled back and a bold, mask-like red eyeshadow. Pugh, 29, has made showing skin – and more on occasion – her red carpet aesthetic, including sheer gowns and nipple-baring numbers, which have garnered...

The IMF expects public debt to jump 2.8 percentage points this year, more than twice what it estimates for 2024. That would push global government debt above 95% of gross domestic product, the Washington based lender said in its latest Fiscal Monitor, published on Wednesday.

Kennedy Jr. raising doubts about its efficacy. The company said Wednesday the US Food and Drug Administration is seeking more clinical data as part of a “post marking commitment,” which are studies done on safety and efficacy after a product has been approved. The company’s vaccine is already on the market under a conditional approval...

But the stories of inspiration and achievement go deeper than the finishing times and titles. From the starting line to the finish line, the race was filled with moments of human grit and connection. John Korir of Kenya...
