After years of denied allegations, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is being sued by one of his accusers who claims he repeatedly sexually harassed her. Brittany Commisso, who began working for Cuomo in 2017, filed the lawsuit in Albany on Wednesday under the Adult Survivors Act which, for one year, did away with the statute of limitations and allowed alleged victims to sue regardless of when the incident in question occurred.
