(KOLN) - Two conflicting ballot initiatives - one to expand access to abortion and one that would keep it limited to the first trimester - are poised to make it on the November ballot in Nebraska. Petition organizers submitted signatures to the Secretary of State’s Office on Wednesday, and both efforts far exceeded the minimum required 123,000 signatures.
