President-elect Joe Biden will announce three key appointments to his incoming White House staff Tuesday.
Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-La.) will leave Congress to take on a senior adviser role in the Biden administration handling public engagement, while Biden campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillon will serve as deputy chief of staff and longtime Biden confidant Steve Ricchetti will become a counselor to the president, people familiar with the matter said ahead of Tuesday’s announcement.
